Following an influx of staff & visitors upgrading to the more
sustainable motoring option at BituChem HQ we thought it was
time to face lift our car park with the addition of electric charging
point bays.
We were looking for a product that would not only be suitable
for demarcating our charging-point parking bays but also a
sustainable long term solution, in line with our mission to be
greener!
NatraTex Eco is a sustainable landscaping material manufactured
as LTA (lower temperature asphalt) at temperatures 30-40% lower
than conventional asphalt. This reduction in temperature results in
decreased greenhouse gas emissions during production. Further
sustainability can be achieved with a material containing up to
50% recycled mixed aggregate, only if colour and aesthetics isn’t
a priority.
NatraTex Eco stands out not only for its extensive colour range but
also our commitment to sustainability including the BES 6001 –
responsible resourcing certificate it holds.
As a business NatraTex verify emissions reduction projects
through our partner Forest Carbon, planting 1 tree for every 10T of
NatraTex sold.
